I am passionate about helping others reach their goals. I offer a holistic approach as we are all beings with physical, emotional, social, spiritual and intellectual needs. My tailored therapeutic approach consists of utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CTB) techniques, strength based perspective, solution focused therapy, family systems theory and psychodynamic psychology. I have experience working at outpatient mental health agencies, schools and community based organizations. I specialize in treating with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, family conflict, and relationship challenges. I believe a key component of therapy is building rapport with each client to spark change. My role is to assist in developing insight to promote growth and well-being. It is a joy witnessing others experience peace as they reach their goals.
