Often, individuals who have experienced prejudice and discrimination can struggle with self-worth, confidence, anxiety, depression, and general coping. I can help you develop skills and walk alongside you on your path towards healing through a lens of social justice, whether you are a child, adolescent, or adult.I have been trained in various evidence-based techniques, including person-centered therapy, CBT, and ACT. Through these techniques, we can build a more positive sense of identity and confidence and healthier communication styles and relationships. We can also work together to reduce the stress, anxiety, and strong reactions related to your experiences.I am currently licensed in Texas and work via Telehealth.
