Welcome to my practice. I’ve been practicing psychology for over 20 years. Clients experience me as interactive and relatable while offering up practical tools, strategies, and solutions to their problems in life. I employ a variety of therapeutic interventions/theories, though CBT is a mainstay in my clinical work.I work with clients experiencing anxiety and depression, along with the myriad of other life struggles people encounter. A passion of mine is working with couples in various stages of relationship crisis. Not every relationship can—nor should— be saved but many couples can rebuild trust, friendship, passion, and intimacy in their marital relationships.It's a privilege to assist clients in their life struggles.
