*We are unable to see any self-pay patients* Dr. Jorge Fernandez is originally from Havana Cuba, where he graduated from the Superior Institute of Medical Sciences. He received his training in Internal Medicine at Abel Santamaria University Hospital, Rio del Pinar, Cuba, and completed a fellowship in critical care medicine. He practiced Medicine during many years in Cuba, before moving to Europe. Doctor Fernandez Novales received a Master Degree in Barcelona University, Spain, in the setting of Critical Medicine, and practiced Emergency Medicine for several years. With over 30 years of experience, he has worked in different countries, Cuba, Spain, Puerto Rico, United States, and is also licensed in United Kingdom General Medical Council. Completed an internship training in Hospital Auxilio Mutuo Puerto Rico and worked in San Pablo Hospital Bayamon. For the last three years he has worked at MBMG Medical Centers. He is considered, friendly, passionate and devoted to sport. He is very proud to work at MBMG and is in close contact with the community.
