Dr. Salcedo received her medical degree from St. Luke’s College of Medicine in Quezon City, Philippines. She then completed her residency training in family medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) Medical School where she was chief resident. Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Salcedo treats patients from 18 years of age and has a special interest in diabetes and geriatrics. Fluent in Filipino and conversant in Spanish, Dr. Salcedo emphasizes patient education and lifestyle counseling to her patients. When she isn’t practicing medicine, Dr. Salcedo enjoys traveling, baking, cross-stitching and working on scrapbooks with her young children.
