I am a young professional that has been working for Bourne Leisure for the past 7 years. I started my career in the care industry, looking after vulnerable adults in adult social care. I went on to experience life in and out of various people facing roles, working in hotels, retail and on holiday parks. I have found a huge passion for customer service amongst the various positions I have held. I uphold the saying “Treat people how you would like to be treated” “Take time to listen and show empathy”. We really never know how people are feeling and what they may be going through on a day to day basis. Another one of my passions is to help create a equal and diverse world and to include everyone no matter who you are or what you are. Everyone deserves a chance in life. Not forgetting my biggest passion, entertainment. I started my entertainment journey back in 2014 working for Parkdean Holidays, moving onto Bunn Leisure in 2015, following that working for Haven Holidays in 2017- 2022. Searching for high quality talent is the most satisfying thing: “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” Performances are such a motive and can take you on a journey and allow you to relive old memories. I have been out of the hospitality world for just under a year and have returned back to healthcare as I required a flexible approach to life at the time.
