My name is Jolanta and I am a BACP Registered Integrative Counsellor, working in a holistic and integrative way, both in English and Polish, with young people aged 16+, adults, couples and senior citizens.Over the past 30 years, I have worked as a qualified teacher, learning mentor and counsellor, with young people and adults in further and higher education and in charitable organisations.I have worked with clients from diverse ethnic and religious backgrounds, LGBTQIA+, physically disabled, mild learning difficulties, neurodiverse clients (ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia, and Dyslexia), Down Syndrome and other conditions effecting their academic, social and emotional life. My Integrative approach to working with clients covers a various modalities.  I offer a safe, warm and non-judgmental environment and a space where you can share anything and together, we can work out the problems that are troubling you, at a suitable pace which you are comfortable with.As everyone is unique, my role as a counsellor is to accommodate my therapy to your individual needs, expectations and goals. I am also a great believer in working holistically, by exploring your emotional and mental state, in addition to your physiological, spiritual, social and environmental needs. Every person's journey is different.
