Most people love what they are good at and are good at what they love. I love being a therapist. I have been professionally involved in psychology for 40 years, and it remains one of my principal passions. When I look into my heart and grasp what has mattered most in my life, I have a deep sense of gratitude for the people I've helped. I chose psychology as a profession not only because it matches my temperament but also because it's a profession that can be developed over a lifetime and improved with age and experience.I thank those who have given me their trust, faith, wisdom and strength, which in turn has allowed me to become the therapist I am today. I have sincerely sought teachings inside and outside of my profession to best serve those who seek spiritual and psychological services and support.I believe we are best understood by virtue of our families and interpersonal relationships. I have witnessed great travesties and consoled horrible suffering. But above and beyond all this, I have participated in miracles. I believe in the resilience of the human spirit and the power of the human mind.
