Extensive background in primary care and community pharmacy. More recently overseen the recruitment and development of a growing team of clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Supporting 20 member practices across 4 PCNs. Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians have already shown there value in primary care and it is my ambition to keep exceeding expectations and continue to build on this achievement. As head of clinical pharmacy responsibilities range from developing and maintaining clinical governance in all areas of medicines management. Team development has been a key driver in the successes achieved as the team continues to grow in size as well becoming much more diverse in terms of what can be delivered to improve patient care. With the aim of making every contact count when it comes to patient centred care.
