Senior Occupational Therapist working in social care with children with disabilities. My role involves working with children, their families and other professionals to assess needs and plan interventions, which include provision of equipment, specialist seating, moving and handling plans and major adaptations. Prior to working with children, I worked in adult social care for many years. I have experience working with people with a range of conditions, including MND, MS, Duchenne’s Muscular Dystrophy, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Parkinson’s, Dementia and Cerebral Palsy.
