In my experience what works for one person doesn't for another, after all we are all different.Whether  as a couple or as an individual  if you are facing issues around sex and intimacy, relationship difficulties with communication, managing a break up, or family issues .I also have experience of working with trauma, counselling survivors of child sexual abuse, rape / sexual assault. I can help you to get things back to how you would like them to beSexual issues are something most of us will experience at some point in our lives.I understand that it can be particularly difficult to talk about and feel embarrassing in seeking help. Psychosexual Therapy (PST) can help you overcome a range of issues such as loss of Sexual Desire, Vaginismus, PE, ED, Performance Anxiety etc. It can help improve your communication around sex / intimacy,  enhancing your sex life to be part of your healthy relationship.
