I am a very experienced professional therapist who has worked within NHS Mental Health for over thirty five years and on counselling and psychotherapists trainings for over thirty years. In private practice I am trained to offer offer art therapy, counselling or psychoanalytic psychotherapy at least once weekly. Art Therapy can be particularly helpful for those who do not find it easy to express themselves through words.
