Passionate about empowering people to overcome their challenges in mind, body and spirit to live a better quality of life. Working as an occupational therapist helps me do this to some extent. Supporting people to heal, grow and develop a greater awareness of themselves is the best part of my role. With this OT platform, I know I am contributing to a healthy community overall.
