I offer a free 15 minute consultation on the telephone before organising the first session.  Within this consultation I will complete an assessment and if we are both happy that we can work together we will continue to schedule session 1.Appointments are offered weekly and are normally at the same time each week and each session will be 50 minutes to an hour long.
