However, they have come to therapy because these descriptions do not get to the heart of the problem. With time and a good therapist, therapy is the perfect place to confide your thoughts with another and find a better way through the challenges of life.My background is in the application of existential philosophy and psychoanalytic ideas to clinical practice.
