My experience includes working with children/adolescents, adults, and families that may experience depressive and anxiety symptoms, behavioral issues, family conflict, identity issues (sex and racial identity), and life-induced stressors.My therapeutic approach consists of utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Reality Therapy with a Solution-Focused approach, however, I will utilize any approach that I feel will fit your needs.I believe in establishing a therapeutic relationship within our first session to allow opportunity for both the client and counselor to get to know each other before tackling any presenting concerns.
