Choosing a therapist can seem overwhelming which is why I offer a free 15-minute chat to help us both decide if we're a good fit to work together before making an appointment for our first session.I provide support for people from a wide range of backgrounds and ages facing a range of challenges including depression, anxiety, stress and trauma. Sometimes peoples' struggles are linked to emotional injuries from the past that need gentle, careful attention and exploration, while others need to focus on difficulties in their adult relationships, either at work or at home.I have worked in both the NHS and private practice and believe therapy should be as individual as the human beings entering into it.
