I am a fully qualified psychotherapist with experience of working with eating disorders, trauma, anxiety and depression to name a few. I have experience in work with individuals and groups. Going through something difficult on your own can be hard, and having your own therapeutic space might be the beginning of the change you are looking for. Having a time and space which offers compassion, curiosity and kindness can lead to helping you to make sense of your struggles that cause the emotional turmoil or dilemmas. My approach is to be curious around what you are going through and by healing the parts of you that have been/ or are being affected by those experiences. Your therapeutic space will offer safety and confidentiality and together we will work on building trust in the journey you are embarking on.
