We all go through times in our life when we experience anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and life changes. Therapy isn’t here to tell you what’s wrong with you and how to fix it. Life can be hard, and it's helpful to have a non-judgmental ear - outside of your friends and family - to talk through life's hurts and stressors. I have designed my on-line mental health practice to work with individuals who have a strong desire to be in therapy; but find that time constraints, traffic, work/life balance, and family obligations make it difficult.
