I have worked with and continue to work with adults suffering from loss, trauma, anxiety and depression and parenting issues, particularly with adult children. I am licensed both in New York and New Jersey as a psychologist. I work on helping people uncover their deeper often hidden emotional and cognitive frameworks which diminish the quality of their lives and diminish their effectiveness in guiding and constructing purposeful and empowered living. I also am an executive coach helping people develop their strengths and fulfilling their goals and dreams around meaningful work.
