As a therapist, the most important thing to me is creating a therapeutic space that prioritizes empathy, love, and connection. It is hard to grow in an environment unless there is support and a lack of judgment. I do all I can to avoid being a therapeutic robot and I am not afraid to get vulnerable with the people I serve. If you are suffering, we will suffer together and in that union, I have hope that we can find what works best for YOU. I am interested in learning what works for you and what does not work for you, rather than assuming I know what is best for you just because I am a mental health professional. I adjust to you and your needs in hopes of giving you the help you deserve.
