Sometimes we feel lonely even when we are not alone. It is often difficult to talk with those who are close to us. Having someone who will not only listen to you, but will enable you to feel heard is a very important step toward feeling more positive, empowered and motivated. We often have times when there is so much going on that everything feels tangled and difficult to deal with, affecting our quality of life.
