My clinical experience includes helping individuals learn to manage and overcome fear and anxiety, cope with bereavement, learn healthy emotional regulation strategies, resolve relationship problems, and more. I use prepare and enrich to help couples work through different issues in their relationship, and EMDR to help individuals process trauma.I approach therapy with a biblical worldview, providing therapy to couples, families, and individuals with various life issues. I have experience working with traumatized people from war torn countries since 2008. I support missionaries learn valuable skills to connect with people from diverse cultures and learn how to cope well with being in mission field.As a Christian therapist, I'm spiritually aware, culturally sensitive, and trauma informed to compassionately listen to individual needs and to provide the right interventions for the situation.
