The questions then become, "How does one grow emotionally and mentally? Where do I start?" For anyone with these questions, counseling is an essential part of your growth. Currently, I work with adolescents, adults, and couples who struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, grief, trauma, and unhealthy relationships.
