I am an Integrative Counsellor specialised in various treatments such as Depression, Anxiety and Trauma, having qualified through Plymouth University and Middlesex University. Working with diversity has always been interesting to me; besides helping my clients to find meaning and grow, I also learn about different cultures and ways of being, and therefore, I am open to work with individuals from all walks of life. I can describe myself as a warm person with deep empathy, who helps my clients to find their own path, inner self and growth while respecting their autonomy by allowing them to sit in the driver's seat as they navigate through their journey of healing. For clients who find it difficult to express themselves verbally, I can also work creatively using different mediums such as Sand tray, photography and memory jars to help them find a map to their journey of healing, training I received through working with bereaved clients at Longfield Hospice and also as part of my University training.I am an Registered Member (MBACP) of the BACP ( British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy). My work is covered by indemnity insurance and regular supervision.
