I have nine years experience of working in local authority social work as a social worker and team leader in adult learning disability services. I have significant experience of the Adults with Incapacity Act, Adult Support and Protection Act, Person-Centred Planning, alternative communication tools, therapeutic interventions, Direct Payments and Individual Service Funds.
