So that you know to expect, the process begins by setting up an initial appointment. There we'll discuss what brings you to therapy. Together we'll discern if we have the possibility of a good therapeutic relationship.Once we know that the fit between us is productive, we'll explore things in greater depth like family of origin, false beliefs we develop about ourselves and the world around us, coping strategies that may no longer be constructive, or behaviors that get in the way of happiness/wholeness.The work is difficult at times, but most people start to feel more comfortable in their own skin and feel life is more satisfying.
