I am a passionate and hardworking individual who has just achieved a 2:1 BSc Hons in occupational therapy at the University of the West of England. During practice placements I developed the ability to work autonomously, whilst as part of a multidisciplinary team, and to become confident in completing assessments, being mindful of risk. I developed evidence based client centred intervention plans, with an understanding that meaningful activity and occupation underpins and contributes to health and wellbeing. I demonstrated the ability to effectively manage my own time, and case load, being flexible but aware of professional boundaries. I completed official documentation and note writing to a high standard, implementing successful interventions and meeting all service requirements. My career goal is to secure a position where I can implement my occupational therapy values, developing my skills in providing evidence based, occupational focused interventions.
