As the Lead Occupational Therapist, I manage the OT department in a Rehabilitation Unit for women with complex trauma and personality disorders. My role involves providing holistic, reflective, and patient-centred care, using evidence-based interventions and assessments. I have a strong background in working with individuals with autism and complex needs, having previously worked as a School Based/Paediatric Occupational Therapist. I am passionate about improving the quality of life and well-being of the patients I work with, and I continuously seek to enhance my skills and knowledge in this field.
