I typically work with adults (18+), families, and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, self-image issues, relationship problems, and other concerns. My specialty populations include: college students, medical and mental healthcare professionals, military members, and ordained clergy. My job is to listen well and ask good questions in order to help my clients cultivate positive, lasting changes in their relationship with themselves and others!I primarily utilize talk therapy from various approaches, depending on the needs and desires of the client.
