Whether you are feeling anxious, depressed, fearful, shameful, conflicted or confused - I will be present with you, supporting your journey of exploration and discovery, at the pace that you feel is right.My approach typically involves working collaboratively with you to address any needs or goals that you have. This will involve understanding the issues you bring in therapy and digging a bit deeper into what avenues there are into overcoming or managing the difficulties you are facing.Perhaps you have no specific goals and you just want someone to truly listen to you and offer empathy - I will always be guided by what you wish to bring in each session and support you throughout the process, with compassion and care.
