Delilah Hassanally studied at St George's Hospital, University of London, and qualified in 1993. She has previous BSc Pharmacy and MSc in Bio pharmacy. Delilah gained her surgical training in the North East Thames region, and was Specialist Registrar in London and at Royal Marsden Hospital. She gained experience and specialist training in Breast disease and Breast reconstruction at the Royal Surrey County Hospital and The Royal Marsden Hospital, London. Delilah joined the plastic surgery unit under Mr M Nava at the Cancer Institute in Milan, Italy, to expand her knowledge of breast reconstructions. Delilah is on the specialist GMC register as an accredited breast surgeon. She is a full time consultant in breast surgery at Medway Maritime Hospital in Kent. She maintains a special interest in breast cancer surgery, especially Oncoplastic procedures and cosmetic breast surgery, including nipple reconstruction and tattoo.
