I am a licensed psychologist and was a founding partner of Associates in Psychology and Counseling. I work with adults presenting with general anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, panic episodes, phobias and depression. I enjoy assisting individuals with stress management and developing strategies to cope with diverse life challenges. I believe it is important to develop awareness of our needs and desires in order to strengthen the self-awareness necessary to establish our personal goals, fulfillment, and balance in our lives.
