I’m a psychotherapist with a relational psychoanalytic approach. I usually work with young adults and adults. I both work online and face to face. I receive in Ealing, within walking distance from Ealing Broadway and Ealing Common stations and at the Italian clinic Dottore London, now in Richmond. I've been working for more than ten years as a psychotherapist, first in Italy (privately and in a Counselling Centre for Families) and since 2016 in London as a self-employed. I think psychotherapy is a journey during which you get to know yourself a bit closer. It often starts with a sense of suffering, a distress or a pain, and the contemporary wish to bring about a change, or 'get out' from that hard feelings. While the therapy proceeds the client often learns how to give a proper meaning to his feelings, attitudes and behaviours, and how to welcome them. In very few words, what I do during our sessions is 'staying' with what the client brings to me and helping him in the complex but precious process of decoding his own language, in order for him to be able -when he feels ready- to understand himself without me as a translator anymore.
