Graduated in Medicine from the University of Wales College of Medicine, Mr. Conor Marnane is a Consultant in Otolaryngology (ENT) and Head and Neck Surgery. He completed his Higher Surgical Training in Otolaryngology in South West England. He gained expertise in complex head and neck surgical procedures, including Trans Oral Laser surgery and techniques of advanced endoscopic sinus surgery during his placement at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Adelaide as a Senior Fellow in Head and Neck Surgery. Mr. Marnane has been a Consultant ENT Surgeon in the NHS since 2007, based at Morriston Hospital, Swansea. He is also Clinical Director of Surgery (Surgical Specialities) Lead Head and Neck Clinician for the Wales Cancer Network and Chairman of the All-Wales Cancer Site Group for Head and Neck Cancer. Apart from being a member of the British Association of Head and Neck Oncologists and the British Laryngological Association, Mr. Conor Marnane has extensive experience in managing all types of adult and pediatric ear, nose, and throat conditions. His expertise lies in treating benign and malignant head and neck conditions, voice problems, throat and swallowing problems, and diseases of the nose and sinuses. Other interests of Mr. Marnane include teaching, education, and research. He is an Honorary Senior Clinical Tutor at Swansea Medical School.
