I am enthusiastic and motivated person also keen on learning new skills, expanding my knowledge and using different approaches to achieve objectives. I am accurate and also able to prioritise work-flow to meet deadlines, to work well under pressure, pay attention to details and time manage my responsibilities effectively. I am skilled at creating an environment that fosters teamwork in the pharmacy. I strive to motivate and encourage each pharmacy team to take ownership of the organisation and realise the important impact they can have on the population, many of whom are seriously ill. I am passionate and determined and I have always been a very methodical and organised person and I believe this is the key to achieve and deliver results well in time with efficiency. I am a native Italian speaker but I speak fluently English.
