I am an experienced Pharmacist with valuable experience, managing complex operations and overseeing pharmacy assurance frameworks. I have knowledge and understanding of regulatory affairs as well as compliance and governance along with an impressive record leading, training and developing teams. I strongly believe that valuing the contributions made by individuals encourages genuine commitment and certainly, this has been my own experience. I am an effective and an adaptable Manager, with extensive community pharmacy sector knowledge and a wealth of readily transferable management and business improvement skills. I make use of my interpersonal and negotiation skills on a daily basis and I also have excellent IT skills, a broad range of project management knowledge and strong problem-solving ability. I consider a real strength to be directing multi-site retail operations, assessing existing works and processes and making changes that result in improved efficiencies. Although I am very much a team player, I am also an independent thinker, able to utilise best practices to maximize productivity and deliver results. My personal maxim is to strive for excellence and I strongly believe in leading by example. I am fortunate to have developed a broad range of operational and management skills, and I am now looking to use this extensive expertise within a related position.
