With over 30 years of experience as an NHS professional in London and the South West of England, I am dedicated to helping people overcome a wide range of challenges. Throughout my career,  I have worked primarily in the NHS, providing support for individuals struggling with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, depression, traumatic brain injuries and persistent pain conditions. My extensive professional training and personal life experience have given me a depth and breadth of knowledge that I bring to every session. My approach to therapy is rooted in respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe that every person deserves to be heard and understood, and I work collaboratively with each person to create a safe and supportive environment for healing. As an accredited EMDR practitioner with EMDR Europe and UK, I am trained to help clients process traumatic experiences and overcome negative beliefs and re-balance their nervous systems to reduce and sometimes alleviate bodily held pain. Additionally, I am have been practising as a  Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) practitioner for nearly 20 years.  I am an accredited CAT practitioner and supervisor with ACAT.  CAT allows me to work with people on a deep level to identify patterns of feelings, thoughts and behaviour and promote positive changes to their relationship with themselves and with other people.
