Caroline has worked as a specialist mental health pharmacist since 1998 in several central London hospitals across a wide range of psychiatric services. From 2007 to 2020 she was the consultant mental health pharmacist for Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, where her role included working on a PICU. She served on the NAPICU executive committee in a variety of roles including Director of Operation from 2008-2019. She is an independent non-medical prescriber, an accredited member and Fellow of the College of Mental Health Pharmacy (CMHP), is a Fellow of the Faculty of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) and a Fellow of the RPS, She is on the editorial board of the International Journal of Psychiatric Intensive Care.
