I am a hard working, determined and organised clinical pharmacist, that wants to enjoy the opportunity to carry on building on my relevant skills and experience and developing further on my professional knowledge and career. I have five years experience working in different community pharmacies both in Italy and the United Kingdom, and six years working for the National Health Service in England within a hospital pharmacy. My excellent communication skills have enabled me to form strong relationships with all of my colleagues. I am a friendly person and enjoy the opportunity to work as part of a team, being able to work well with both senior and junior staff. I bring with me the skills to contribute to an outstanding new challenge. My current role as a mental health pharmacist in an NHS Trust is very rewarding. I am involved in the clinical care of the patients and education of healthcare professionals. During my career I have been rotating through a variety of clinical areas that have strengthened the essential skills required for the day to day provision of a clinical pharmacy service. My different roles included rotation in cancer services, orthoapaedics, cardiorespiratory, gastroenterology and antimicrobial services, before specializing in mental health. Working within Medicines Information allowed me to enjoy the challenge that every enquiry brings using evidence based research. I have completed the Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy at Medway School of Pharmacy-University of Greenwich. My clinical knowledge is kept up to date through continuous professional development.
