I am an integrative transpersonal psychotherapist, which means I bring together many schools of thought, such as psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, and transpersonal. I believe each person needs to be recognised for the individual that they are, and therefore my integrative approach is tailored to the specific individual’s needs.My style is sensitive, empathic and relational, while also honest in the quest for deep exploration, understanding and connection to inner wisdom. To help access this inner wisdom I often make use of a combination of talking therapy and creative techniques, such as visualisations, drawing or working with dreams.I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space in which anxieties, fears, frustrations and sorrows can be expressed and explored. I have experience of working with a wide range of issues, including; depression, anxiety, shame, relationship issues, work-related issues, feeling stuck, low self-esteem & self-worth, feelings of not belonging, abuse and emotional neglect.
