My approach is non-judgmental, non-pathological, strengths-based, trauma-informed, resiliency-focused, & person-centered—that is at times playful, yet consistently supportive. I use an eclectic approach, employing several modalities (TRM, Bowen, EFT, IFS, etc.) depending on your needs.Nothing you share will be too much for me to handle.
