Previous posts included roles at the National Autistic Society, Research Autism, the Mental Health Foundation and RNIB. In my spare time I was also Chair of Governors at Winchmore School, leading a team of 16 governors with responsibility for 1,600 pupils, 180 staff and a budget of £9.5 million.
