Mr Arora is an award-winning ENT, Airway Head & Neck consultant surgeon based in London. He treats both adults with all forms of ENT problems and specialises in head and neck, paediatric ENT, robotic surgery, and thyroid and parathyroid gland tumours. Mr Arora is widely known for his work in healthcare quality improvement, after developing the Global Tracheostomy Collaborative, a network of premier healthcare facilities recognised by The National Institute for Health. He also pioneered Robotic Head and Neck Surgery in the United Kingdom and created the first TORS (Transoral robotic surgery) training program. He is currently involved with seven postgraduate courses, including the globally acclaimed London Head & Neck Dissection course. Mr Arora studied medicine at Manchester Medical School, where he graduated with honours and won numerous undergraduate awards, including best research student. Following this, he went on to undertake three head & neck fellowships at internationally renowned robotic head & neck centres. At Imperial College London, Mr Arora completed a PhD in TORS which led to clinical trials, 15 papers, and six renowned research prizes. He remains a key leader in TORS and has stayed at the forefront of surgical innovation for head & neck surgery. To date, Mr Arora has over 45 peer-reviewed publications, nine book chapters, ten research awards, and has presented his work at 90 international and national conferences.
