I use creative techniques in therapy including mindfulness, sub-personality work, internal family systems, creative visualisations, and body awareness tailored according to your needs.My approach is informed by different schools of thought, including psychodynamic, person-centred and transpersonal.I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of emotional, personal and relational difficulties, towards building healthy coping strategies.I also have many years of professional experience supporting people who experienced abuse and trauma. Alongside with my private practice, I manage a leading therapeutic service providing counselling and group work to survivors of VAWG. Therefore I bring my understanding of the long lasting impacts of the trauma and a wide variety of adverse childhood experiences on our lives.I also deliver self-care, wellbeing and staff welfare trainings for VAWG, human rights, social work organizations, around vicarious (secondary) trauma, compassion fatigue and burn out. I provide consultancy, psychological needs assessments, and reflective practice sessions to organizations around staff wellbeing and trauma informed practice.
