I have become an integral part of the acute care team within the hospital setting, specialising in frailty and older persons. I have superb communication skills including excellent clinical note recording. I am proficient in supervising students too a high level. I currently support a team of various abilities and skill sets team members to maintain and improve patients baselines of mobility, mental health and wellbeing. I aim to enrich the hospital experience for each and every person that comes in contact with the team. I have completed the Amps ( assessment of Motor processing skills) to evaluate a persons abilities, thus supporting, improving or maintaining an individual's motor skills. I currently support and supervise assistants and students. I have often helped out within other teams throughout the hospital setting and have become adaptable to the various needs and specific skill sets required for rotating within the hospital setting.
