I am a BACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist offering online sessions via zoom. I offer a warm, non-judgmental and confidential space in which you can talk freely and openly about your life, worries and stresses. I have a particular interest and experience in supporting people with anxiety, people on the autism spectrum or on the path to diagnosis, and carers.  How I can help It can be hard to take the decision to see a therapist when there are so many competing demands on our time and our resources. It can also feel like a big step to take. I believe that we should look after our mental health in the same way that we look after our physical health. Talking therapy can be an important tool in supporting this. Whether you are feeling low or stressed, or whether you simply want to understand yourself better, I can help you explore your feelings and difficulties so that you can gain some clarity, make positive changes and feel better. I am trained in an integrative relational approach to psychotherapy which means my main focus is on developing a warm and therapeutic relationship with my clients. I draw on elements of humanistic and psychodynamic theory and I also use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy where this may be helpful.
