Ann-Marie is a registered Occupational Therapist with the Health and Care Professions Council in the UK. She also has a clear enhanced Complete Background Screening (formerly CRB). She has worked in various paediatrics settings since the start of her career, including rehabilitation centres, community and hospital-based therapy. In 2011, Ann-Marie was given the opportunity to start up a private paediatric service in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. She designed individual treatment plans to fit the needs and budgets of the families that she worked with in the community. She actively listens to the goals of the family and the child in order to guide her treatment. She includes and encourages caregivers to participate in and observe her sessions. Now that Ann-Marie is back in Bristol, UK, she is looking forward to providing quality assessment, treatment and consultation for children in the community. She strives to work within a family's budget and can adapt to ever-changing circumstances.
