Currently, I am providing OT support in the community as part of a local Falls Team. I provide care and interventions in their homes and enable them to safely access the community. Prior to my current role, I worked privately developing an inpatient OT service, I mapped the entire service creating SOPS, referral criteria and the inpatient pathway. I have gained a wealth of skills and utilise these throughout my professional identity. I have worked across the Haem-Oncology Wards providing patient centred care to all patients admitted to the wards. I am responsible for working as part of the team and the wider MDT, I supervise junior staff and contribute to the service development.
