I have been an Occupational Therapist for 7 years and within this time I have gained experience in clinic and community settings. I have worked within Intermediate care, community mental health with psychosis, wheelchair services and currently working in palliative care. From these different roles I have carried out various assessments, used outcomes measures, completed moving and handling and risk assessments for carers and family. Carried out specialist seating, relaxation breathing techniques. I have also mentored students, triaged new referrals, carried out MDT's within the team.
